The mayor visits the affordable housing development

Bristol Mayor, Marvin Rees and Paul Smith, a member of the housing ministry, welcomed the first families in their homes to a new development of 14 affordable homes at Whitehall Road, Easton.

The three-bedroom houses, delivered by the Union of Residences and Builder Curo and the Clayewater Homes contractor, are transferred through the Bristol City Home Choice program.

Curo has invested more than GBP 2.8 million in the project, with additional funding coming from Bristol City Council's Budget Budget (£ 322,000) and Homes England (£ 520,000).
