Tom Copley AM urges the Mayor to reject "small houses" that do not meet the standards of space

This morning, I questioned Sadiq Khan about the developers' proposals for "small houses" that do not meet the minimum space standards, some as small as 19m2. This is about the size of two prisons. I am glad the mayor has rejected the dwellings and sent a firm message to the developers that they are not acceptable in London. We already have the smallest homes in Europe. Minimum space patterns have fought for many years and have to defend themselves. .
