THE SUITABLE SILO TINY HOUSE
Unique, pioneering and just 340 square feet.
Built from a former grain silo dating back to 1955, this tiny house was redesigned in a comfortable, modern home for its owner, architect Christoph Kaiser and his wife. Located in the historic center of Garfield in the center of Phoenix, the house stretches over two floors and uses walnut and black steel to create a sleek, fashionable look.
The first floor of the house includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa to relax and a hidden bathroom. In the rooftop bedroom, which is accessible by a spiral staircase, is the bedroom of the house. Owners have also done great work in outdoor living with gardens and patio.
