Availability of the SergeFerrari Group 2019 Universal Registration Document
The Serge Ferrari Group announces that its 2019 Universal Registration Document (DEU)
was filed on March 31, 2020 with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF). This document in French version is available under regulatory conditions. It can be viewed on the Company's website (www.sergeferrari.com) in the Investors section under Financial documents and on the AMF website (www.amf-france.org). It is also available free of charge at the registered office of the Company, Zone industrielle la Tour-du-Pin, 38110 Saint-Jean-de-Soudain, France.
This 2019 Universal Registration Document includes in particular:

- Elements relating to risk management and corporate governance
- 2019 annual accounts
- The various reports of the statutory auditors as well as their fees

Update on the effects of Covid-19 as of March 31, 2020
Since the communications made on March 11 and March 23, 2020 by the Serge Ferrari Group, the government authorities of the various countries in which the Group operates have implemented or extended containment measures restricting, to a certain extent, the Group's activities. As of the date of filing of the Universal Registration Document, the duration of these measures is not known. Their impact on the 2020 objectives of turnover of 195 M € and improvement of the operating margin cannot therefore be precisely measured. These objectives are suspended pending better visibility of the consequences of this pandemic in the coming weeks.
As of the date of filing of the Universal Registration Document, the Group has already mobilized its teams to organize the secure resumption of its activities as soon as conditions allow, and is taking the necessary measures to continue to respond effectively to customer requests.
